The low voltage panels manufactured by SAIE are designed and optimized to meet market demands and evolving regulations.
They are metal column structures made from high-quality sheet metal, finely painted with epoxy powders and oven-baked, in a color of the customer’s choice from the RAL range, with a textured finish. These cabinets are robust and tested for safety, ensuring high reliability and protection for operators.
They are produced in construction forms 1, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4b as described in the CEI EN 61439-1 and CEI EN 61439-2 standards, with various types depending on the segregation method and accessibility to different sides of the panel.
Special attention has been given to external connections, aiming to facilitate cable entry as much as possible while keeping the panel dimensions within acceptable limits.
Equal attention has been paid to heat dissipation, considering the required protection level.
The supply of panels is always accompanied, both in paper and digital formats, by the following documentation:
- Final Drawing
- Testing Report
- CE Declaration of Conformity
- Technical Documentation for the used equipment
Additionally, test reports related to short-circuit withstand tests, protection circuit application, and temperature rise limits will also be available.
